Bluesound, a big competitor to Sonos in the multi-room speaker space, announced its newest wireless speaker: the Pulse M. You can think of it as a beefed up version of the Sonos One or a slightly more affordable version of the Sonos Five.

HARDWARE --

OpenRGB 0.8 was released on Sunday night as this project’s largest release ever and coming after nearly one year in development. OpenRGB as a reminder is the open-source, cross-vendor and cross-platform software for RGB lighting control across many different devices from GPUs and motherboards to keyboards and other lighted peripherals.

OpenRGB remains particularly popular with Linux users given the lack of vendor support for RGB lighting controls under Linux with the vendor-provided utilities while this open-source software also works on macOS and Windows too. OpenRGB can be significantly compelling where wanting to manage RGB-lit devices from multiple different vendors.

OpenRGB 0.8 brings support for a lot of new consumer hardware. There are in particular many different graphics cards with RGB lighting now controlled by OpenRGB.
